Abstract


In the 21st century , dramatic changes in the global environment , the market is increasingly competitive , enterprise resource planning (ERP) for the enterprise reuse gradually become a source of corporate profit growth , improve efficiency and competitiveness powerful weapon core strategy . It is mainly through improve enterprise management level and productivity levels , thereby enhancing the competitiveness of society . However, the implementation of ERP systems is not easy , if you want a successful implementation of ERP software systems, we must first solve the problem is the ERP software vendors the right choice . This paper mainly SGD companies, for example , research on ERP software vendor of choice, text is divided into five parts. The first part of the article describes the research background , purpose and significance of the study , summed up the current domestic supplier selection results and methods, and on this basis, this study describes the contents and methods ; second part describes the ERP software vendor evaluation system selected research to determine the evaluation index system of this study , and the ERP software vendor selection research methods were summarized for subsequent research and prepared the way ; part III briefly the company's current situation SGD analyzes the reasons for its introduction of ERP systems and necessity ; and describes the overall framework of the article and research methods, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method two research methods to do a more detailed introduction ; first the introduction of specific examples of four parts , AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the data obtained and draw relevant results ; fifth part thesis summary.
