Abstract


In recent years , as China's rapid economic and social development , and customer demand for continuous improvement of communications , telecom operators increasing emphasis on communications projects. With the construction of mobile communications continues to expand the scale of construction projects , operators are facing more and more uncertainty , various losses caused by increasing the scale of the project risk management is also made ??more high demand. Traditional project risk management has been unable to adapt to market demand . Therefore, in-depth study of mobile communications construction projects risk management, telecom operators have to carry out risk management has important theoretical and practical significance. The research focuses around the mobile communications companies when carrying out construction projects risk management issues . Take the theory and practice of research methods, data collection and first in the domestic and foreign literature reading , based on the existing risk management theory to integrate communications-based construction projects to determine the risk management model, and domestic academia and industry the current research summarized and commented identify gaps in research papers and research topics. Subsequently, D City branch of China Mobile 's GSM network 14 expansion project as an example a case study , a detailed analysis of the communications construction project risk identification , risk analysis, risk response and risk control of the whole process , and on this basis were summarized , propose appropriate management strategies . In this study, a comprehensive scientific analysis of the mobile communications industry, construction project risk management aspects of the whole process to be innovative , and the theory is applied to mainstream risk management work practice to enhance the level of risk management . The main conclusion of the study is that telecom operators should take the system to recognize the concept of mobile communications construction project risks , with the whole process of risk management theory to guide project management practices , and in accordance with the project management system needs to make the appropriate changes , implement the project manager responsibility with right .
