Abstract


In recent years , CPI continued to rise, people are increasingly concerned with the daily lives of farm price. As a result, many cities began building \The company's agricultural products logistics distribution model and the final prices of agricultural products are closely connected, therefore , the paper selected as the research object WJH company , the company's main research agricultural produce distribution model . This paper is divided into five parts: The first part is the selected research background and significance, this involves the theory of logistics and distribution of agricultural products synthesis and research status , the main innovation of this paper ; second part of the first of the United States, Japan, Netherlands and other developed countries, agricultural logistics and distribution pattern in-depth analysis , and proposed construction of agricultural logistics developed some enlightenment to our country ; the third part introduces the development of the company , Guangdong Province, agricultural background , including Guangdong Provincial Natural Resources conditions , socioeconomic status , and Guangdong Province in recent years, the development of agriculture -related policies situation ; then laying the foundation of a brand, expand the scale of three phases introduced WJH company's development process ; Finally, from the organizational structure and income structure analysis of both WJH company's operating status ; fourth part is the key part . The fourth part of the first introduction of more traditional agricultural logistics and distribution patterns and modern agricultural logistics distribution model, and pointed out that the lack of these two distribution model and its advantages .
