Abstract


With the development of globalization , intensified competition among enterprises , as an IT consumer electronics manufacturers, faced with the demand for customer-differentiated , global business development , diversification of industry and inter-industry co-existence of internal and external challenges of fierce competition need to optimize and change the existing end (E2E) design, sales , supply and other models, establish a set of E2E pull through the whole process of design can supply business model to improve the competitiveness of enterprises . This paper describes the IT consumer electronics companies face the challenge of writing this paper leads to the background and purpose of this thesis , the significance and research methods. A brief introduction of domestic and foreign products can supply design models and methods, systems analysis of the good practices of foreign well-known enterprises ; analysis of the enterprise to achieve the design- to-end supply can pull through the IT system construction . Combined with L company's basic situation , through the analysis of available supply -oriented design methods and concepts in the development stage floor IPD process , refining the whole process ( design, marketing , planning, manufacturing, logistics , contracts , cash and other sectors ) end end of the pull-through product design, optimize product design for supply of models and methods , and improve information management system to ensure the appropriate supply of design methods can be applied to establish end to end information flow pull through , to ensure that the customer's demand information transfer within the enterprise are consistent . By L Company can supply designed studies and examples of applications to share the domestic IT consumer electronics companies can supply design- oriented experiences and lessons learned. This thesis aims to find a thoughts : available supply through the application of information systems design and management , to improve inventory turnover (Inventory Turnover) to improve capital efficiency , shorten Lead Time time and improve customer satisfaction, reduce the cost of the whole process to improve the competitiveness of enterprises .
