Abstract


In today's society the production activities, spare parts management has increasingly become a critical and important aspect , which directly affects the operation of enterprises in the process of maintenance , repair , production work, with the normal production and economic benefits are closely related. Manufacturers in the manufacturing process of a reasonable amount of spare parts inventory operations fundamentally ensure the effective operation of its supply chain . Enterprise products will become more competitive , and more profitable . Today 's manufacturing enterprises, to ensure smooth supply chain increasingly pivotal position, is the enterprise reduce manufacturing costs and improve key aspects of corporate profits . This paper describes the status of spare parts management at home and abroad on the basis of analysis of the spare parts management company in SF and performance evaluation of the operation of the status quo. SF detailed company in the spare parts management and production operations bottlenecks and problems encountered . SF subsequently combined with the characteristics of the company through research company spares management optimization strategies to company's supply chain, spare parts management as the basis, the use of comparative analysis, using a combination of theory and practice , qualitative and quantitative analysis, coordination , planning , forecasting and replenishment (CPFR) technology to spare parts management . It is better to use information sharing , forecasting and replenishment program to develop optimized , this method is applied to inventory management, supply chain operations in the analysis of the environment pointed out the lack of spare parts management , optimization decisions made ??. Secondly, in order to evaluate the late SF companies to optimize management decisions ultimate effect , created based on CPFR spare parts management evaluation system . SF combined company's actual situation , the use of CPFR spare parts management principles , analyzes CPFR optimal management decisions and hierarchical fuzzy evaluation model to evaluate the effect on the run .
