Abstract


Has an ancient and honored tradition of law-abiding , is an important part of the rule of law . This paper attempts to expand the law-abiding theoretical elements of law-abiding , law-abiding necessity , law-abiding concept , as well as a culture of compliance . This article argues that the law and the equality of all social subjects generally law-abiding society organizations , groups and individuals to be law-abiding , the Government must also abide by the law . The social requirements derived from the law-abiding generalization , based on the requirements of the legal form of government and other social subjects .
