Abstract


From ancient times, people with disabilities living dilemma has been in existence , its lower social status , social life worrying. Disabled is a special vulnerable groups, due to its special psychological, special needs and special means of survival , so that they become human in a vulnerable group. The rural poor people with disabilities is disabled in vulnerable groups, this group has a dual weakness sex . In recent years , as China 's sustained economic development , the widening gap between rich and poor , rural people with disabilities as a vulnerable part of the population deepening marginalization of persons with disabilities living conditions also worsened . A large number of rural people with disabilities living in poverty , and has been out of poverty is also relatively large number of people with disabilities back into poverty . This part of rural poor people with disabilities in the socialist market competition, in a weak position , they bear the material deprivation and mental stress. The existence of this vulnerable group phenomenon can not be ignored , its impact will penetrate into all aspects of society as a whole . As rural people with disabilities poverty , leading to low quality of life , in the face of social risk tolerance is also very poor , sparking a series of social problems, including crime disabilities , persons with disabilities culture of poverty and so on. These are not easy to eliminate hidden dangers of social development , it will affect China's socialist spiritual civilization and sustainable economic development . For help rural poor people with disabilities , the direct provision of material assistance , of course, very important, but you want to change this part of the disadvantaged members of society , should be solved from two aspects of their poverty . On the one hand , from the economy to improve their income, in addition to government financial subsidies and donations from the community , the more important is the rural people with disabilities employment security . On the other hand , poor sex life is impeding the development of rural people with disabilities an important factor , the government should play a role , an effective solution to the needs of people with disabilities in today's issue of rural poverty , resulting in the protection of their basic survival premise for the development of people with disabilities providing possible.
