Abstract


Quality management is a manufacturing enterprise survival and development foundation, the quality level of product quality will not only affect their own , will also affect the user's experience level and subsequent safety . Improve product quality and establish a brand for the enterprise , reduce the cost of quality , occupying the market and so has a very important role . Molex this thesis by analyzing the status of the quality system , combined with the current quality management theory development and practical application , and discuss the company's quality management Molex problems , including weak sense of the quality of their products is the most fundamental quality improvement sexual problems ; production process design unreasonable and totally rely on manual quality control is an important factor in product quality is unstable ; for the quality of data and the use of inadequate quality and customer complaints do not attach importance to product quality are difficult to improve a major obstacle, these problems also exist in the general manufacturing enterprises in the main quality problems. Effective means by which to address these quality issues is an important task of enterprise quality management . This paper combines Molex companies to their actual situation , proposed the establishment of corporate quality culture, enhance the quality awareness of employees ; optimize process design for fool-proof proofing applications ; introduction of new quality improvement tool for effective monitoring of the production process ; implementation of large mass circle, build a quality supply chain quality control systems and other strategies to improve product quality . By Molex ways to improve product quality related research , as a general manufacturing enterprises to improve product quality to provide reference .
