Abstract


With the deepening pushing of reform and opening-up as well as the adjustment of social structure, Our non-public economic organizations has developed rapidly, becoming the important part of the socialism marketing economy. To promoting the employment, convenient the life of people and achieve social harmony plays an irreplaceable role. The non-public economic organizations play an important role in China’s national economic and social development, it decided that the party construction work suffers more and more attention. In some areas where non-public economy develops faster, have begun to deepen the benefit exploration of party’s leadership system and work mechanism.Jilin City is the old industrial bases in Northeast region。The original state-owned enterprises’ proportion in Regional economy is larger. Laid-off workers are more, The economies are not developed enough now. The non-public economic organizations started late, smaller, Develops slowly. These realities decided that Jilin City could not copy the practice of non-public economic organizations’ party construction work of other areas. Therefore, from promoting the overall level of the Party at the primary level of the City, giving full scope to the staff of non-public economic organizations and improving the healthy development of non-public economic organizations, strengthen the Party construction of non-public economic organizations work of Jilin City is significant. This paper based on this premise, From the Party construction theory of non-public economic organizations, It has summarized the basic conditions of Jilin City non-public economic organizations. Through analyzing the current status of the Party at the primary level of non-public owned economic organizations work . Summarizes the problems of the Party at the primary level of Jilin City non-public economic organizations that exists in the level of ideological recognition ,the level of system safeguard, the level of leading system and the level of work mechanism . And expounds the main reason of the problems existed. Based on this, pointing out the methods that strengthen the Party at the primary level of Jilin City non-public economic organizations work. This paper through researching and thinking of the current status of the Party at the primary level of Jilin City non-public economic organizations work. Focus on the expound of the construction of Party. Providing some ideas and methods for carrying out the construction work of Party.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part discusses non-public economic organizations and relevant problems of party construction theory, the second part analyzes the realistic significance of the researching and thinking of the current status of Jilin non-public economic organizations and realistic significance, the third part summarizes the problems and analyze the cause of existing problems, the fourth part with specific problems as the example from theoretical and practical aspect expounds the counter measures.
