Abstract


Socialist harmonious society construction is a significant strategic task which serves for the overall layout of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics and off society construction. With communities as cells of society, the roles which communities play become increasingly important in social management and social development. As a result, harmonious community construction should be placed as priority in the task of constructing a harmonious society.Community Party, playing an indispensible role in harmonious community construction, exerts an irresplacable influence. The main issues which will be studied in this thesis are the roles which community Party plays during the harmonious community construction, and how community Party exerts its core leadership of city community. These are the advanced issues in the fields of community research and grass-roots Party construction research. The studies, both practical and theoretical, are in the exploration stage. Due to the fact that the theoretical studies are lagged behind the practical one, the basis of which is the theoretical one though, this thesis, with the aim to study the roles of community Party, has certain realistic meaning and value. With harmonious community construction as background, Community Parties in Chongqing city as research object, and taking samples to investigate, the thesis consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction, which elaborates the research background, research value, and research method. Literature review on community management and community Party, both from home and abroad, is also included.Part two is the theoretical basis. It gives a brief introduction to the grass-rooted Party construction theory proposed by Lenin, and the theory of the roles of grass-rooted Party raised by Deng Xiaoping. The definitions of certain terms are specified. The third part deals with the research of the current situation and problems in the roles of Chongqing community Party when harmonious communities are constructed.The survey results are integrated into this part, and a few crucial problems of community Party in harmounious community constuction are listed.The fourth part is the restriction factors of Community Party role. Limit the function of factor analysis party. On the analysis of the third part in the construction of the harmonious community party organizations in chongqing based on the present situation of party organizations, to find out the factors restricting the function, and make a brief analysis.The fifth part are about solutions. Based on the problems raised in the previous part, improvement strategies and measures are proposed to ensure that city community Party can exert the influence on constructing harmonious communities.The last part is the epilogue.
