Abstract


Party affairs is the party in response to the era of development and social change brought about various challenges and made ??an important strategic choice . Party affairs and for the maintenance of democratic rights such as the right to be informed of the majority of party members and the masses , mobilize the enthusiasm , initiative and creativity of the party members and the masses , has a very important significance for the development of democracy within the party and consolidate the party's ruling status . Party affairs has achieved remarkable results , theoretical discussion to the deepening of practical experience gradually abundant . But there are also many new situations and new problems to be solved , such as the concept of misunderstanding , imperfect system . In order to achieve the standardization of Party affairs , scientific and institutionalized , must further open party on the field of view of the development of democracy within the party down to grasp , to clarify the misunderstanding , improve the relevant systems , drawing on lessons learned in the spirit of reform and innovation , transparency in Party affairs work in depth down lasting implemented . In this paper, the use of historical analysis and empirical research methods , first described the general theory of Party affairs , to promote the need for open party and the Communist Party of China and the main problems were analyzed , and finally combined Bazhong Party affairs and actively explore Reflections on party affairs . The innovation of the article is that the use of historical analysis combing our party efforts to explore the history of the Party affairs , the use of empirical research methods to explore propulsion method and path of open party . The main body of the paper is divided into four parts : the first part describes the general theory of Party affairs , including the classical writers of Marxist theory on Party affairs origin and Party affairs of the basic connotation and characteristics . The second part of our party to promote the need for open party , as well as to promote transparency in Party affairs facing new situations and problems , including the disclosure requirements of the standard to improve the concept of misunderstanding and lack of a rigid system . The third section summarizes the methods and paths in Party affairs on further advancing the thinking of Party affairs , respectively, from four different aspects . The fourth part summarizes the Bazhong actively promote the main practices of the Party affairs and the results achieved the Party affairs enlightenment .
