In recent years, the rapid development of e-commerce industry in China and matures , the state in the next five-year plan plan document also proposed to vigorously develop China 's e-commerce industry , e-commerce companies have mushroomed in China to grow up , but now in China under some conditions , e-commerce between enterprises is very competitive. Many e-commerce enterprises in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises , brand recognition and customer loyalty , so that customers purchase and repeat purchase behavior , implemented a series of networks to promote the project . Firstly, through the e- service quality and customer loyalty factors relevant literature studies , summarized a set of network operation to promote the project effectiveness evaluation index system. Second, in Taobao Mall , Jingdong Mall , Dangdang three B2C e-commerce businesses to collect the 10 networks to promote the project , inductive analysis of the core of these networks to promote the project implementing measures to analyze the customer's needs and their weights , and the use of quality function expansion method , with the index system for the operation of these networks to promote the project problems were analyzed. Then proposed solution to the problem , namely the use of Six Sigma methodology of DMAIC tools developed a network to promote the project improvements. In the last article of the full text of the study are summarized and proposed research prospects , I hope this network to promote research on the theory of operation of the project research or practice play a guiding and supporting role.
