Abstract


In the international financial crisis triggered by the banking risks and the transformation of economic development the practical requirements , the commercial banks are facing strengthen its risk control and dual objectives to support SME development . Affected by the financial product innovation and supply chain impact of technological advances , commercial banks insurance against business development positions is inevitable, how to adapt to the development of the financial supply chain , but also effectively prevent commercial banks operating risk , insurance has become a business development needs against the positions key research and solve problems . Based on the existing research results , based on a combination of theory and practice methods , normative analysis and empirical analysis of a combination of methods . Application of information asymmetry theory , positions of commercial banks, insurance against credit risk prevention activities carried out normative analysis , and for the case of a branch of China Construction Bank conducted a detailed empirical analysis . The results show that the confirming warehouse business in our country in its infancy, risk prevention in particular credit risk prevention system is not perfect , the core enterprise risk control more of the upstream and downstream enterprises , third-party logistics companies pay less attention to the entire business conspiracy to carry out the lack of knowledge of the phenomenon , which led to the bank's potential risks . To improve the risk prevention through the design control system , banks operate in achieving security , while promoting the healthy development of insurance against the warehouse business . This paper studies the idea is , first of all from the point of view of the theory of sound commercial banking business of insurance against the risk control system for warehouse logical argument , pointing out that a sound commercial bank confirming our position in the content business risk control system to the specific requirements ; followed by confirmation of commercial banks positions in business risk control content system empirical analysis . Detailed analysis of a sound risk control system should be specifically covered in content, which confirmed on improving and strengthening positions in business risk control has a very important practical significance ; Finally, a sound business risk control positions confirming the contents of the system for specific advice.
