Abstract


Three years of study at the graduate course , I have the opportunity to come into contact with a number of other schools, teachers in special education and general education teachers , when speech and behavior from the observation that , within each class, the teacher is not able at work discuss and coordinate with each other in harmony , even in everyday life as sisters can get along with a camel , a partnership between teachers not only affect the quality of teaching , but also affected the morale of teachers and professional development , the two teachers with classroom If coordination is poor, often with each other easily lead to knot, and teaching the whole class atmosphere will appear on the negative impact , while the main reason is because of conflict with the views of the teaching methods and differences . One class teacher interaction is good or not , the degree of cooperation and understanding is the key to affecting the quality of teaching . This study aimed to investigate the special education team teaching Coaching Class teachers of history, showing the interaction between the two collaborative teaching and coordination process of adaptation , using qualitative research approach , the use of observation , interviews, documents and other methods to collect , understand Coaching Class two business class teachers work together to design teaching activities, teaching and assessment of collaborative teaching process , as well as the roles and responsibilities in the face of overlap, affecting Coaching Class collaboration among teachers teaching two related factors , and to explore collaborative teaching for Coaching Class teacher professional development. Summarize findings, Coaching Class teacher collaborative teaching process can be divided into three stages: establishing trust relationships among teachers , the formation of collaborative teaching , teacher professional development and grow together . Collaborative Coaching Class teachers in the teaching process , it was found to enhance the favorable factors affecting team teaching , namely the teacher's personal qualities , trust relationships among teachers , school administration support and cooperation of parents . Secondly, for the preparation for collaborative teaching special education teacher provides the following recommendations: attitude should take the initiative , through observation, sharing conversation with fully establish a trust relationship ; enhance emotional self- management and reduce conflicts generated ; addition , school administrators , parents, teachers for collaborative teaching support and backing.
