Abstract


China since higher education from elite education to mass education has encountered problems of a the education scale with the decline in the quality of education. Therefore, follow the development trend in China and higher education trends, evaluation of the quality of higher education. In 1985, China promulgated the \The assessment made clear concepts and requirements. Former State Board of Education in 1990 issued a \Beginning in 1994, the Ministry of Education to start new since 1976, College undergraduate teaching basic tasks carried out conformity assessment of undergraduate teaching; carried out from the 1996 school longer history, higher levels of key university assessment of undergraduate teaching; Beginning in 1999, the college in between these two types of situations that a longer school history, undergraduate teaching as the main task of the colleges and universities to carry out the randomness assessment of undergraduate teaching. Assessment resulting in normal universities can not be prominent features of teacher education, did not achieve the purpose of effectively promote the development of teacher education features. Along with quality education and the implementation of the new curriculum reform, the new curriculum and the quality of education on all aspects of quality of the teachers put forward higher requirements. This requires higher normal colleges is necessary to highlight the characteristics of teacher education, improve the quality of teacher education, so that the normal school students training to meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform. This paper uses the literature and research methods, analysis of the status quo at home and abroad for Teachers Colleges in the quality evaluation system. And combined with the new demands of the new curriculum reform in China in the concepts of education, knowledge quality, ability and quality, ideological and moral qualities of teachers find the lack of evaluation of the quality of the city Normal college students, raised complete Normal College Students' Quality Evaluation System . High Teachers College students are engaged in the main force in the cause of education, the Normal students quality is directly related to the quality of education is good or bad. Normal institutions should seriously study the concept of education of the new curriculum reform, the concept of teachers, teaching concept, the views of students, evaluation concept learning view, the view of knowledge, to identify the gap between the quality of Teacher College Students and the new curriculum requirements, the establishment of Normal institutions diversified student quality evaluation system. And to improve the quality of college students in Normal, perfect in Normal Universities curriculum, to increase educational theory courses and educational practice courses, qualified training for primary and secondary school teacher of the people.
