Abstract


Structure study of the concept of employment of university students can help us stripped from the complex representation of the constituent elements of the concept of employment of university students , a better understanding of the status of the concept of employment of university students and explore the deep-seated problems , targeted guide . On the structure of the concept of employment of university students , the lack of a uniform definition . This study on the basis of theoretical research is in progress to sort out the structure of the Graduate Employment Outlook to empirical and differentiated analysis . In this study, document analysis , interviews , questionnaires and statistical analysis method , around two core concepts of the concept and its structure of employment of university students , to carry out the theoretical analysis and formulating hypotheses , the scale of development and pre-testing , formal testing three stages of the research and results analysis . Obtained by the empirical analysis of 799 valid samples from eight colleges and universities across the country , the study concluded . This study on the basis of theoretical studies of college students employment outlook , with reference to existing research scale , design a survey scale used in the study , and to build and test a structural model of college students employment outlook . Through the pre-test survey , factor analysis and variance analysis , quantitative analysis methods , test the reliability of the questionnaire and college students employment outlook structure model of construct validity. And demographic variables and environment variables of gender, year of birth , grade , professional category , students , the domestic economic environment and parental occupation type variance analysis of the concept of employment of university students . Empirical evidence shows that the concept of employment of university students there are significant individual differences and the new changes with the times . Based on the results of empirical analysis , make a preliminary judgment of the status quo of contemporary college students employment outlook , to identify problems and misunderstanding on the employment outlook , and variance analysis results of the employment outlook for college students , from the community, schools , families and students themselves four angles constructive suggestions .
