Abstract


With the development of the higher education, the number of teachers and students increase quickly, logistics pay an more important role in the university. How to provide the quality service to meet teachers and students need is the logistics unremitting pursuit. Now, under the conditions of market economy, the logistic should not only pay attention to service, but also need to take account of economic benefits. This will give great challenge to our university. So we have to put the management first, gain the quality and service from management.Now, sketchy management is commonly exist on the logistic administration. There have a large amount of leaks on the management functions,systems and methods, these lead the university cost so much, the service impose restrictions. Delicacy Management is a kind of administration style which put the management cost as the important target. Put the delicacy management on the university logistic, is benefit to improve the service quality. By reviewing the logistics management context, this paper analysis the problem of college logistic, narrate how to implement delicacy management. In addition, the passage mainly discuss the college logistic administration through these way:enrich the administration function, perfect the management system,practice the management method and create the excellent culture etc.
