Abstract


High school mathematics new curriculum in the fall of 2004, since the implementation of the first four provinces of Shandong, Guangdong, Hainan and Ningxia, since the new mathematics curriculum teaching across the whole country forward. The number of school curriculum reform in teaching concept, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching evaluation occurred great changes, and math teachers to make a comprehensive and profound change from the concept to the behavior. As the final execution of the mathematics curriculum reform and grassroots practitioners, mathematics teachers in the adaptation of the new curriculum related to the further deepening of reform of the mathematics curriculum. \The Fujian high school mathematics new curriculum in September 2006 is fully implemented, the author of some of the students engaged in mathematics teaching in secondary schools, in the process of talking with them, understand that they have encountered some problems and confusion in the implementation of the new mathematics curriculum. With a \The second part analyzes the adaptation theory and curriculum reform and teacher relationship, including the adaptation theory and the concept, teachers adaptive theory, teachers adapt the value of curriculum reform and the role of teachers in curriculum reform. The third part is a survey and interviews of this issue for the new curriculum in high school mathematics teacher adaptability. Adapt to the situation and the existing problems in the process of adaptation of the new curriculum reform through research, learned high school math teacher. The fourth part of the research results from the six concepts, knowledge and capabilities of the high school math teacher, curriculum resources, and evaluation systems, student factors, parents factors detailed analysis of the impact of various high school math teachers to adapt to the new curriculum reform factor. The last part of the high school math teacher is to adapt to the new curriculum condition proposed some countermeasures and suggestions, pointed out that to promote the implementation of the new curriculum reform process should provide high-quality training mechanism for the high school math teacher, increase high school math teachers professional level of intensity, and actively improve the educational evaluation system, to mobilize the enthusiasm of the new curriculum reform students' active participation, and actively seek the understanding and support of parents and the community.
