Abstract


With China’s education scale system continues to expand, implement the scientificoutlook on development, improve the teaching level and quality of teachers, improve theteachers team construction, the construction of teaching team is to achieve an effective formof organizational goals. In the increasingly fierce competition between schools in primary andsecondary schools, education background, introduced the concept of field teaching team toestablish a "people-oriented" concept, raise the primary and middle school education servicequality to have the important meaning.Teaching team is in the current education in primary and secondary schools,according to the teaching reform and the requirements of the task to promote the whole teamto improve the quality of primary and secondary school teachers for target, promotingteaching content and method study, promote teaching seminars and teaching experienceexchange group. Teaching groups of people including those teaching level and high academicattainments deep teachers, including a handful of knowledge and ability to complementary,do a clear division of responsibility, can communicate each other, accomplish of unity andcooperation teachers group. Strengthening the teaching team construction based on improvingquality of talent training, not only can promote the development of teachers’ professionalquality, but also can make existing teaching resources can effectively integration, and furtherperfect professional disciplines construction, promote team level.The process of writing, this paper used the methods of documentation, by consulting alarge number of data and documents to realize, current teaching team existing in theconstruction of the teaching team development can’t keep up with education form of change,teaching team goals are not clear, teaching team standard not clear, unreasonable structureand humanistic atmosphere is not harmonious status.Aiming at the present situation of the construction of middle and primary schoolteaching team, actively explore the current middle and primary school teaching teamconstruction problems of the reason. On the basis of the construction of the teaching teamproposed ways and strategies, from teaching team construction principle of primary and secondary schools, in-depth analysis of the strategy of the construction of the perfect team.
