Abstract


The information literacy requirements of the information society of citizens to further improve IT as an ordinary high school required courses, the relationship between the level of high school students information literacy, to learn IT courses is of great significance for improving the National Information Literacy. High school IT teaching is still the traditional teaching methods failed to mobilize the enthusiasm of student learning, to some extent, hamper the improvement of students' information literacy. September 2009, immediately following the trend of the national curriculum reform in Hebei Province, in the province-wide implementation of the high school curriculum reform experiment, IT curriculum reform is also part of. Reform of education and teaching methods, and to explore the forms and methods of teaching IT for the region has important practical significance. A student because the province new elevated IT threshold levels are quite different, the main application of hierarchical pedagogy. The main purpose of this study is a high school freshman through investigation information technology infrastructure, combined with the specific requirements of the new curriculum, the hierarchical teaching with the teaching of modern information technology combined to explore a suitable high school information technology in the region in the teaching practice Teaching, will help improve the information literacy of all students of teaching and learning methods. This study analyzes a large number of the hierarchical teaching literature, elaborated on the basic philosophy of the new curriculum and high school information technology and standard. Analysis, teaching will be layered teaching autonomy, cooperation, and explore other methods to investigate the threshold levels of information technology for a high school freshman, combining action research method, through practice - reflection - improvement - and then practice practice research, exploration suitable for the requirements of the new curriculum reform, the IT teaching method is conducive to the improvement of information literacy for all students. This paper is divided into six chapters: The first chapter discusses the research background, research status, purpose, significance and methods. The second chapter, an overview of the hierarchical teaching, including the hierarchical teaching the connotation, the hierarchical teaching theoretical basis and general organizational forms. Chapter demonstrated the feasibility of the application of hierarchical teaching IT courses in high school. Including traditional high school IT teaching situation, the investigation and the results of analysis of IT threshold levels of high school students. Chapter IV discusses the influencing factors to implement tiered teaching should be considered in IT teaching. Chapter 5 discusses the researchers stratified Action Research, gives examples of research and teaching, and discusses the findings. Chapter summary of the full text, given the conclusions and dissect the limitations of this study make the outlook for further research.
