Abstract

Part III: specific the Chahe secondary school teachers learning community three different levels of the structure and development of content. Chahe high school teacher learning community there are three levels: school teacher learning community, teacher learning communities and classroom teachers in grade group learning community. On this basis, discussed the content and requirements of all levels of development. The fourth part of the construction process of the teacher learning community. Respectively, from the school level, the grade group level and class levels discussed teacher learning community formation and activities of the Organization to carry out. Which focus on the transformation of the management philosophy of the school leaders, the construction of the school culture, principals lead demonstrations, teachers' conceptions of changes in teacher learning important role in the Community building process.
