Abstract


After years of development, although most of the domestic pharmaceutical companies have implemented automated production system , but the realization does not have much storage and logistics automation . From the well-known international pharmaceutical companies has been widely used automated warehousing practical experience, domestic warehousing and logistics automation enterprises is an inevitable trend of development. This article references the pharmaceutical industry regulations on logistics system requirements, combined with project practice , study how to achieve to meet the business needs of pharmaceutical companies , drug regulatory agencies and in accordance with the requirements of automated warehousing system . This paper introduces the GMP norms in warehousing and logistics applications, summed up the specification and warehousing logistics-related content for the warehousing process design and system functions are designed to provide an important basis. Secondly This paper studies the automatic warehouse stacker core equipment and computer systems in warehousing and logistics in the combined application , combined with the actual case , the design automation product storage function program , the program involves product identification and diversion , palletizing and tray switching two main issues were the focus of analysis, and proposed a solution. In the realization of functions , but also effectively reduces the implementation costs. This article also incorporates GMP requirements specification , design and use of automated equipment warehouse management system environment main warehouse processes , through reasonable storage process design to help companies achieve efficient, fast , low- error material flow. This article summarizes the papers in the final research results , and future research directions are discussed.
