Abstract


The age of information and knowledge, the learning needs of the people and the pursuit of flexible and effective way to learn even more strongly. Therefore, in line with the anytime, anywhere to learn the characteristics of mobile learning have come into being. With the mobile communication technology, the rapid development of mobile computing technology, mobile phone as a mobile learning tool has been fully equipped with the conditions In addition, the widespread popularity of the mobile phone as well as its own technology to enhance the favorable conditions for carrying out mobile learning. The smooth development of the mobile learning can not be separated from the development of rich learning resources. However, the current development of mobile learning resources technology mixed mobile learning resources are too dependent on the particular system platform, its poor portability. Meanwhile, the lack of interaction between the mobile learning resources and learners and mobile learning management system, mobile learning management system difficult to dynamically track the mobile learners learning progress, and to evaluate the learning effect. The root causes of this phenomenon is the specification of the design and development of mobile learning resources did not follow standardized learning resources construction. Therefore, I draw on the more mature the field of online learning resources construction norms - SCORM standard, try to design mobile learning resources, accumulated useful experience in this exploration of mobile learning resources construction. Systematically analyze mobile learning definitions, characteristics, support the theory and technology, as well as mobile learning research status at home and abroad on the basis of reviewing, pointed out the need for standardization of mobile learning resources research. Then, more mature SCORM standard, the basic principles of the design and development of mobile learning resources that must be followed, and draw on the basis of the design ideas and methods of learning resources, based on the the SCORM standards of mobile learning resources instructional design framework.
