Abstract


Recently, the creation of educational school which is a systemic project has been one of hot topics in pedagogy research, but the research on the creation condition is just a problem in the creation of educational school. In addition, the creation cannot be done without some built-in support system. The key condition in creation of educational school is academic leaders and their corresponding academic community that are the core elements in process of creation. The educational theory expresses the context with the unique issue vision, opinions and even some special words. It promotes the academic location of some educational school. Moreover, following the same and similar academic standpoint is the establishment and stability of a school, and shaping unique academic style and research methods in research field, approach, and theory, etc are the necessary internal condition so as to grasp the research characteristic and academic contribution as a whole. Furthermore, independent research institutions and their academic journals provide a fine development platform for the formation and development of a school, and the programmatic declaration and regularly discuss organization provide the possible space for promoting and deeping its own theory opinion constantly.The creation of educational school needs some external conditions to hold up. Certain social and historical conditions provide fine external basic conditions for the creation and development of educational school and establish the direction for the activities and thoughts of educational school. Furthermore, the accessibility of region space and the same culture in same region plays an important role in creation of a school. Meanwhile, freedom and normative academic environment provides atmosphere of favorable academic contend for creation and development of a school. In addition, creation of educational school cannot do without construction from the level of system. Correlative schools also offer bright vision and a frame of reference for creation of educational school.Our internal conditions for educational school creation have been shaped primarily, and some foreign schools and our academic tradition in education both provide the basis and endogenous foundation for our educational school creation. Meanwhile, low awareness of academic norm, low level of academic contention and deficiency of arrangement for school system are all the characterization of condition absent of our educational school creation, we need shape harmonious but different academic environment, set relevant system arrangement, well manage the connection between "transplanting" and "localization" and keep a tolerant attitude during the period of educational school, these ways are all the possible ones that develop and perfect our educational school conditions.
