Abstract


Shandong province quality education reform in the end of 2007 began to cause the attention. In this reform, the student's main body status get greater respect, teachers' traditional position and authority, it has been an unprecedented impact. But the real quality education also focus on the development of teachers, teacher's authority and ushered in the new period of development opportunities. Shandong province quality education reform under the traditional authority through at the same time for the new teacher authority setting up created conditions. Quality education needs a new teacher authority according to The Times and the development of the society, abandon the old outdated teacher authority, development innovation, forming accord with the requirement of time new teacher authority. This paper first analyzes the connotation of teacher authority and type, for quality education reform under the authority to provide theoretical basis for the reconstruction of the; Then it analyzes the present situation and the resolution of the authority of the reconstruction of the realistic feasibility, then put forward quality education under the new teacher authority of the new model and reconstruction path.
