Abstract

Population aging phenomenon is developed to a certain stage, the population of a country or region. According to United Nations standards, China began in the late 20th century into the aging society. By 2009, China's aging population level of 8.3%, has exceeded the world average. With the development of the aging population, China's rural population aging is higher than urban phenomenon is causing concern.
