Abstract


With the development of computer technology and network technology , literature number of exponential growth , and the literature is an important carrier of the transmission of intelligence information exchange academic ideas , reflect the social and technological dynamics , current status and future trends . Therefore , from a lot of the literature to obtain the necessary information the literature theme information as well as theme development evolution . In this paper, on the basis of comparative literature theme analysis method , more popular abroad topic model (CTM) for analysis of our management journal 1984-2009 thematic studies , including theme composition analysis of mainstream topics , journals theme intensity evolution analysis , journal topics evolution analysis , as well as hot topics analysis . (1 ) topic model analysis of Management Journal 1984-2009 theme , come to the theme of our management journals this time period constituted ; application theme importance of indicators defined herein , the order of importance of the topic , analysis a mainstream topic . (2) the 1984-2009 literature every two years on our management journals for a period of time divided literature data for each time period to use the topic model theme found and build based on the theme of the adjacent time periods associated matrix The evolution of the network . Through the analysis of the topic evolution network , you can get a theme each year between the Main Line . In accordance with the main line with the trends of the year , the theme is divided into three categories of growth , recession , and stable ; topics the probability and themes growth rate , the subject of a hot topic and cold spots . ( 3 ) in each time period , the evolution of the subject areas contain multiple sub- topics , subtopics in a certain period of time will show the trend of their own evolution . The theme business management , for example , the analysis of the evolution of the sub- themes of the subject areas and trends . The results of this research for researchers and research managers to grasp the theme and the theme of the evolution of our management journals help to avoid duplication and waste of the research work .
