Abstract


Abstract : Human resources are the strategic resources of the modern enterprise , is also one of the most critical factors in the development of enterprises , the development and management of human resources is also increasingly important for businesses , has become the core content of the modern enterprise management . Institutions in the new situation of the market economy , the demand for talent competition increasingly fierce , the flow of talent has become enterprises employing new features . As Radio institutions , use and cultivation of talent is very important , but the existing talent in the most scientific , the most reasonable way to configure is an important issue in the human resources for radio stations will have more important strategic significance. This article from the aspect of human resource allocation , radio stations , for example , optimal allocation of the institutions human resources management personnel structure to analyze .
