Abstract


With the accelerated development of online media, public opinion of online media quickly appeard.Internet and other new media research without borders, but its public opinion are geographical and cultural characteristics, and because real-time network communication, interactive features, Internet public opinion has become difficult to control.The online media in Dalian has become the mainstream of mass media and public opinion generate space. Therefore, building a healthy online media culture and the public opinion space is growing need for more scientific and rational regulation and effective guidance of public opinion.How to guide and maintain the correct guidance of public opinion, to reduce the negative effects of public opinion, promoting the healthy public opinion in Dalian is the main question to be discussed in this page.Through the investigation and research of online medie in Dalian,first,we analyzed online media development situation in Dalian,and research the examples of the recent online public events.expected to find out the characteristics of online media of public opinion in Dalian, and find general law of development, and intends to propose management measures and response methods. First, public opinion should be accurately grasped, through the automatic detection system or manual inspection of public opinion, the real-time monitoring of network quickly grasp the sudden public events to avoid the spread of irrational emotion on the Internet.Second,to build the laws and regulations.Laws and regulations are the norms and guidelines for human behavior,allso in the network.laws and regulations to provide a good platform can makes public opinion controlable and easy the analysis of management Finally, the application of technical means to filter the bad public opinion, combined to set a positive public opinion to guide public opinion towards issues. to building healthy and harmonious online media environment of public opinion in Dalian.
