Abstract


Media Supervision is an important political function of the mass media , and the news media has already become an important force for political power to supervise . With a network of high-speed development on a global scale , the role of online media in the political life of the country is also growing. Highlight the advantages of the network media performance in real-time , interactive , public participation is high . The people have a way to express the will of the network supervision by public opinion has become a new form of supervision . In recent years , the great efficiency of the network supervision by public opinion gradually became manifest , \this new form of public opinion , the vast public opinion can be gathered , to supervise the operation of the authority of government , corruption , and the formulation of public policy making and implementation . In 2010 , the Secretary diary became a hot topic in the community as a whole , from the incident to enter the judicial process , network supervision by public opinion so that the conduct of the event into the fast lane . In this paper, the analysis in this case should be how to deal with network supervision by public opinion . This thesis is divided into three parts : the first part , the status quo of Chinese public opinion supervision . This chapter events from the Secretary diary \The second part of the role and limitations of the network performance of supervision by public opinion in the event of the Secretary diary . This chapter leads from the first chapter of the problems and deficiencies in the role and limitations of the network supervision by public opinion manifested Secretary diary event . The third part of the government measures to deal with the network supervision by public opinion . This chapter based on the first two parts of discussion pointed out that the government should strengthen self-construction in which , as well as network supervision by public opinion in which aspects should be improved in order to play a greater role .
