With the continuous development of embedded technology, image processing technology and network communication technology, video surveillance systems are also more and more used in the production of people's lives. With the widespread use of video surveillance system, its shortcomings exposed. Image capture terminal has been in the data transfer images to a remote computer, its network resources have been occupied with the process has been a drain on power resources. And returns image, most of what we do not care about, which generate the waste of network and power resources, and also increases the difficulty of screening image data storage capacity and investigation of video images. Triggered wireless image acquisition system designed in this paper, is to avoid the image acquisition side returns meaningless images to solve the problem of network and power resources wasted as a starting point. The system can be combined with an external monitoring system, to form a request for a monitoring triggered the wireless image acquisition system, when monitoring the amount to meet the requirements, the external monitoring systems via named pipes is sent to the system, the system upon request, immediately turned on the video capture devices, monitoring the scene shooting, and the image information returned by the remote computer. With the gradual development of image processing technology, the next generation of video surveillance system by image analysis and processing program as an external monitoring program with the system will be able to satisfactorily resolve the problem of the waste of resources due to transmission meaningless image. Capture images of the new system by the video capture device, and then through the monitoring program when the field screen to meet the monitoring requirements situ analysis and processing of image capture terminal, the system sends a request, and then shooting the scene in a timely manner by the system screen and returns the computer to save. On the basis of a series of related technologies, detailed design triggered wireless image acquisition system hardware and software system architecture. The system to S3C2440 core board, peripheral devices for wireless transmission module (main chip RT2571WF) and image acquisition module (main chip OV9650). Operating system Linux. The software architecture is divided into client and server, the client runs on the image acquisition nodes, the server runs on the remote computer. According to the difference between functional tasks, the client part is divided into three levels: the pipeline communication layer, camera Shooting layer and network transport layer. The pipe communication layer is responsible for the view named pipes and receive requests for external monitoring system information; shoot camera startup and initialization layer is responsible for image acquisition devices, and collected at the scene image; responsible for the acquisition of the network transport layer to the image back to the remote computer on server. After the server receives the image information, then the local time for the file name and save it on the computer. In addition, we realized a simple model of the system, test the availability of the model and the rough effects of the real-time nature of the model by the test program. The \Test, the availability of good, real-time model comparatively good. The system with a combination of external monitoring system is simple and convenient, external monitoring system is simply a good string is written to the system specified named pipe prior agreement can request the function of the system. The trigger wireless image acquisition system is not only the technological advances of the field of video surveillance has a positive meaning, but also in other fields, can also play a supporting role.
