Abstract


With the rapid development of the Internet worldwide , the Internet has become an important way for people to obtain information and to reflect one of the main carrier of the social public opinion . Since Internet openness and virtual network public opinion than the broader scope of traditional public opinion spread , the spread faster , more sudden . Effective supervision and control of the Internet public opinion is very necessary . This paper studies the Internet public opinion monitoring system focused crawling existing research search selection strategy , web analysis and evaluation , theme silos avoid key technologies focused crawling , designed and implemented a focused crawler for Internet monitoring public opinion . The papers completed work as follows: ( 1 ) analysis and summarizes the characteristics of the Internet public opinion monitoring system and the difficulties that focused crawling position and role in the system and achieve goals . ( 2 ) analysis of the main functions and design features focused crawling , a focused crawler design for the Internet public opinion system , designed and implemented the main framework focused crawling , reptilian rule module , reptiles control module and user module configuration . ( 3 ) gives a concrete realization of focused crawling , web crawling and parsing , crawling , web pages go heavy the reptiles scheduling , the pages go heavy on I-Match algorithm of consistency Hash improved scheduling algorithm , and experimental analysis algorithm . The system was tested . The focused crawling achieve in this paper not only be able to meet the need of the day-to-day work of the staff of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection , and reptiles are superior to the generic aspects of the performance , accuracy rate and full rate . The system can provide support and help to quickly respond to network emergencies .
