Abstract


Party building is a long way to go long-term , according to the developments and changes with the times . CPC Central Committee and the recommendations of the 12th Five-Year Plan , to achieve the \This shows that the full introduction of the new generation of information and communication technology , and provide a new platform for the launching of the party building work , has become an inevitable requirement of party building scientific . With the development of 3G technologies mature and intelligent mobile terminal platform , the mobile Internet era has arrived , and in the emerging mobile Internet business , mobile location-based social services (LBSNS) undoubtedly represents the future trend . Mobile location-based social services to achieve true personal networks engraved , the formation of a diversified social model based on the time and place . CMMB is China 's self-developed mobile multimedia broadcasting standard , with the broadcast , two-way service functions to support the point opposite the multi-user , high-capacity data push service , very suitable for the transmission of high-definition video content . In order to safeguard the effective conduct of the work of party building , both need real-time , interactive social networking platform , also need high-definition video and other diverse forms of media . Therefore, the symmetry of the mobile Internet business , real-time and strong interactive features , and mobile multimedia broadcasting business of the large amount of data supports effective complement each other to form the bulk of the fusion program moving party building information service platform . This paper first introduces the mobile Internet and CMMB mobile multimedia broadcasting concept and current developments , and mobile location-based social services and CMMB push service focus . Then , according to the characteristics of large capacity of party building information service platform business and functional requirements , design the overall solution based on the platform of the end - pipe - cloud \On the basis of the overall design , the focus based the OPhone platform for client software development , including product features , system architecture , and based interface shows business process analysis .
