Abstract


With China 's rapid economic development and the improvement of living standards of the people , the masses of the people is increasing demand for medical services and health services . The establishment of the medical information service platform , and its main purpose is to solve the current prevalence of medical treatment is difficult and expensive blind medical treatment and other social issues . The platform through the integration of medical information resources , and the use of modern means of communication , the sharing of medical information resources in order to improve the utilization of the existing health care resources . This paper studies and discusses the design and implementation of a medical information service platform based on J2EE architecture process , J2EE architecture as a technical standards currently more popular in the enterprise applications software development , software deployment , upgrade , and expansion has its own unique way to achieve it This article explains how to use the B / S model , based on J2EE architecture to take full advantage of JSP, JavaBean, Servlet and Ajax technologies to build a medical management , hospital management , pharmaceutical health care products appointment registration functions medical information service platform . In addition , the article also taken on the platform system security , application security , data security , network security , security policy in detail. This paper studies the content of innovation include: to achieve a real electronic appointment registration services , before and after the separate management , real-time management of the hospital by the background signal source and registered the progress of the patient through the phone or the Internet and other means to complete the appointment of registered full use of medical resources . Second, the first in the country to achieve mobile payment of registration fees .
