Abstract


Pharmaceutical food safety is the premise of the protection of normal human life , and how to improve the drug food safety is an urgent need to address the problems of today's society . The Drug Information management is one of the effective ways to improve drug safety . This topic is based on how to improve information management and traceability of pharmaceutical packaging , design and implementation of RFID-based pharmaceutical packaging information management system . The system uses a C8051F120 microcontroller as its core hardware , establishing a connection through the serial interface with pharmaceutical packaging production line , and the server used to store medicines information . Concrete realization of the following functions : acquisition of pharmaceutical packaging , pharmaceutical packaging of electronic monitoring code and RFID tags ; processing and storage of pharmaceutical packaging data , real-time prompted pharmaceutical packaging production line ; timely packaging information is sent to the server , and the Drug Information be effectively managed. First, the system needs analysis , the overall architecture , hardware design and software design section describes the overall design of the RFID-based pharmaceutical packaging information management system . Secondly , the paper details the three most important parts of the system : a voice module , the module is the main voice file generated voice file storage , smart play voice ; 2 , data acquisition module , the main achievement to read drug electronic monitoring code generated pharmaceutical packaging RFID tags, read RFID tag data acquisition and processing functions; production line control module , main controller via serial communication technology and pharmaceutical packaging production line , LED display and the server connection , so that effective monitoring of the entire production line . Finally , the entire system summed up, again stressed that the Food and Drug Safety of the importance of our daily lives .
