Abstract


Military prison located in Chongqing , Sichuan Dobashi Shen Ravine , Chongqing, Nanjing Nationalist government moved the capital to set up a kind of post- prepared military directly under the Ministry of Prisons , the National Government is an important judicial enforcement agencies, especially the Nationalist government moved the capital to Chongqing , a large number of judicial enforcement work was done by the Sichuan military prison commitment. And the military prison itself had its own peculiarities , so this research for the study of the Republic of prison , judicial and social reality has a certain reference. This paper is divided into introduction, body and conclusion of three parts : introduction main topics elaborated the purpose and significance of Academic History innovation and research methods . The first chapter begins with a clear concept of the military prison , which is held by the military and armed Junjun referee's non- military prison , followed by Sichuan, about the evolution of the military prison . The second chapter analyzes the military prison in Sichuan organizational system . Includes a total of three aspects: 1 , Sichuan military prison staff and appointment setting standards ; 2 , Sichuan military prison staff treatment ; 3 , Sichuan military prison on staff training and thought control . The third chapter analyzes the Sichuan military prison management system. Total is divided into four areas: 1 , management systems ; 2 , prison work system ; 3 , the teachings of the education system ; 4, the basic livelihood system . The fourth chapter analyzes the military prison in Sichuan and the release of prisoners to clear the system . Mainly from the military prison in Sichuan prisoners in the prison transfer military service , tune servitude , pardon , parole , on bail , we discussed , and through specific cases against prisoners in the prison transfer military service and labor -depth analysis of the situation , in order from the side reveals tune military service during the war . Chapter on the specific circumstances of prisoners in the prison were analyzed using statistical methods mainly prisoners in the prison 's age , occupation, education level , disease and death for detailed analysis, using data on the survival status of prisoners in the prison . Chapter VI Sichuan military prison construction and management of the experience is worth learning and reflect on their problems . Conclusion The main explanation Sichuan military prison in the management of the efforts and experience is worth learning , Sichuan military prison construction and management problems worth considering.
