Abstract


The development of the real estate industry social progress, regional economic development , people's living standards improve plays an important role . However, in recent years, real estate development in the endless corruption , but also makes for real estate development in the study of corruption has become a social hot spots. Real estate development is corruption -prone area , which contains many links related to the government power is too concentrated, industries is very extensive. Corruption is a rent-seeking activities, particularly corruption in real estate development , it is interesting because of the huge profits generated in rent-seeking behavior , causing the corruption of power by government officials . Government officials are rational economic man , their behavior in order to obtain the maximum benefit inevitable basis , the use of cost - benefit analysis can be targeted analyzes the causes of their behavior . Real estate development and corruption actual cases is also more prominent on the corruption of government officials motivated research in a certain environment under the influence of more mature, therefore , through the case of the statistical analysis, research acts of corruption motivation for motives put forward specific punishment preventive measures are the main ideas of this study . This study is divided into five parts , the first part of the relevant domestic and international perspectives are reviewed and proposed research methods and ideas ; second part of the various aspects of real estate development in the manifestations of corruption to describe and summarize their characteristics and effect ; third part through the statistical analysis of the case , from both subjective and objective to identify acts of corruption motivation ; fourth part on motivation from the system construction, improve the law , strengthen supervision , strengthening education and other aspects of Punishment of preventive measures ; fifth part is this conclusion , we hope that real estate development in acts of corruption provided inspiration for future research .
