Electrical prospecting is a basic method of geophysical prospecting . The resistivity of the high-density development based on conventional electrical prospecting exploration methods , with a wide range of flexible and convenient application , have played an important role in the the city pipeline detection , investigation geological environment , groundwater exploration , archeology and other aspects , areas of karst prospecting , geological structure , and hazardous waste detection , high- density electrical method also achieved very good results. For resistivity imaging technology , our predecessors have done a lot of work . This paper describes the historical development and research status of the high density resistivity method , the basic theory , as well as high-density resistivity method instrument With the rapid development of science and technology course . In addition to brief the general parameters of the high-density approach with different characteristics , the parameter (T ratio parameter and H is the vertical resolution of the ratio parameter ) research findings ratio parameters . Two-dimensional forward resistivity imaging technology by means of numerical simulation study of the theoretical model under different depths or device , application Sweden inversion software into a diagram comparing discussion provides a theoretical basis for the selection of the field work device and reference experiences. Finally, the high-density electrical method the evaluation of coal goaf project application and verification in the detection , and achieved good results .
