Abstract


How to implement more effectively in the economic globalization and an increasingly competitive market environment , innovation has become one of the important issues facing KIBS . The traditional enclosed environment innovation inefficient and increasingly unsuited open market demand. How open innovation model to enhance the knowledge-intensive service sector innovation performance is the main purpose of this study . The mechanism for promoting open innovation through knowledge-intensive services , respond to new innovative environmental challenges for our knowledge-intensive service industries to provide advice . Firstly, knowledge-intensive service industries , the theory of open innovation research literature review, and then analyzes the limitations and deficiencies of the existing research , as well as the open innovation model reference . The the KIBS open innovative propulsion mechanism based on analysis from the three sources of innovation , innovation transfer and diffusion direction , knowledge absorption and dissemination capabilities . Followed by the establishment of a conceptual model and related theoretical assumptions . Then collect data through questionnaires and interviews , to establish the structural equation model , and verify the assumptions of the theory , the completion of the validation of the conceptual model . Finally , from the three levels of the proposed mechanism for promoting open innovation to further improve our knowledge-intensive service industries targeted policy recommendations . The papers on the basis of the analysis of the literature , the concept of knowledge-intensive service industries open innovation defined combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods proposed mechanism for promoting open innovation in knowledge-intensive service industries , and the conclusion was verified . Research papers drawn conclusions and recommendations of our knowledge-intensive service industries adopting an open innovation model has important theoretical and practical significance .
