Abstract


With the continuous development of international trade and foreign trade diversification and rapid growth of world import and export cargo , such as the import of raw materials and accessories for processing and re-exported after assembly , compensation trade , entrepot trade, futures trading and other flexible trade goods imports to tariffs , and then re-export refund , cumbersome , is not conducive to the development of foreign trade . A key to both how to facilitate the import and export operations , but also conducive to the development of international trade , Customs while ensuring effective supervision and management , bonded logistics system is to solve this problem . Based on the current situation of the domestic bonded logistics , the logistics of high - tech industry practice , if the upstream supplier production ( imported ) products sales maintenance with spare parts and delay in delivery , may affect downstream customers to use the device , thus making the entire production line ( service ) therefore interrupt discontinued, and the resulting huge losses . Consignment maintenance bonded warehouse in offshore production equipment suppliers on the basis of after-sales maintenance services , but also provides a new consignment maintenance platform , within the time limits prescribed by the Customs , repair replacement spare parts can be convenient customs clearance , to ensure that equipment used by the production continuity , and greatly improve the supply and demand sides of the logistics efficiency , reduce both economic costs .
