Abstract


The financial crisis has led to a large number of farmers unemployed migrant workers return home , causing severe pressure not only to local employment , but also poses a potential threat to social stability . Guangxi as labor exporting province , how to solve the employment problem of the return of migrant workers in Guangxi , relationship with the entire Guangxi 's economic development and social stability . Practical technical training of migrant workers return home , is the re-employment of migrant workers return home , the key to increased revenue . Actual research object of migrant work in Lipu County , Guangxi Guilin , Guangxi practical technical training of migrant workers return home situation and existing problems , and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions .
