With the development of urbanization, urban sewage treatment plant subsidiary product of municipal sewage sludge emissions, environmental pollution and ecological destruction increasingly prominent, thereby affecting human life and health. Sludge because of its rich in organic matter and other nutrients, and improve soil fertility and promote plant growth. Agricultural resource utilization of municipal sludge is a sludge disposal method has broad prospects, the requirements of the new era of circular economy in China, while resource utilization can reduce or even avoid secondary pollution on the ecological environment. Amorpha (Amorpha fruticosa Linn) is a suitable saline land green, economical and practical value, can improve traditional soil salinity shrub Amorpha developed root system, stress resistance; growth rate is faster, easier to survive dense foliage of long green; roots sprout strong and nodules, nitrogen fixation, soil improvement. Can play a good role in the green, wind, barren hills and green residential green areas, roads greening and other peripheral shelterbelts green and conserving water, preventing soil erosion, clean the air, beautify the environment and protect the ecological, economic benefits, social and ecological benefits. Therefore, has a good prospect of application in soil and water conservation and afforestation, but in recent years due to the introduction region and low soil nutrient content causes a recession. Therefore, to municipal sewage sludge and soil mixture potted Amorpha seedlings, Amorpha seedlings growth and metal absorption characteristics of the study the different proportions of sludge concentration, sludge agricultural utilization and Amorpha Soil and Water Conservation The application provides a theoretical basis. The main conclusions are as follows: 1 soil in the proportion of sludge processing Amorpha seedling biomass significantly (above-ground and underground parts), with the improvement of the sludge concentration Amorpha seedlings biomass and its growth The increase of the indicators showed a decreasing trend after the first increase. Soils low proportion of sludge concentration can Amorpha seedling biomass increased significantly and can significantly improve Amorpha plant height, degree of ground stem diameter, root length, leaf length and leaf area; high proportion of sludge concentration small range and above growth characteristics indicators Amorpha seedlings produce significant inhibition performance increase for Amorpha seedling biomass. Sludge applied to the soil, Amorpha and leaf chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content increased significantly, but gradually increased as the sludge concentration of chlorophyll in each grouping experiments Amorpha seedling leaves a and chlorophyll b content variation showed increased gradually at first, then gradually declined; sludge is applied, of Amorpha chlorophyll a content variation is higher than the variation of chlorophyll b content, the sludge on purple Cassia seedlings chlorophyll a spike obvious impact; same time, the use of sludge, Amorpha and leaf net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were also changes its manifestations With the sludge concentration increased indicators showing variation increased at first, and then decreased. In addition, through the analysis of the experimental data, indicators of Amorpha and leaf net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate changes with the the Amorpha seedling growth time, these indicators reached in experiment time about 90 days when maximum value and then gradually decreases, and the sludge concentration is higher the faster the reduced speed. The reason for this phenomenon may be because the sludge contains heavy metals and other toxic substances, these substances produce some adverse effects of Amorpha seedling growth, the stronger the longer the plant suffered the effects of the poison, and thus make the plant physiological activity weakened. Municipal sewage sludge applied to the soil, the soil copper (Cu), cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), zinc (Zn), and other types of heavy metal valid state has increased, increasing the amount of sludge applied amount related to sludge applied more and more available heavy metal; while after Amorpha seedlings potted experiment, the various types of available heavy metal content in soil significantly reduce the absorption capacity of various types of heavy metals that Amorpha seedlings. Amorpha seedlings organ heavy metal content increases with increasing sludge application rate, Amorpha seedlings have increased to the amount of heavy metal accumulation. Each set of experimental data analysis, various types of heavy metal Amorpha seedlings absorption rate and absorption of different performance for zinc (Zn), gt; copper (Cu) gt; lead (Pb) gt; cadmium (Cd) The elements of zinc (Zn) elements and copper (Cu) metal element is necessary for plant growth, zinc (Zn) and (Cu) in a cumulative amount of the amorphadiene seedlings. Derived through the analysis of the experimental data, the sludge concentration of about 15% of Amorpha seedlings biomass largest increase in the growth characteristics and photosynthetic physiological indicators of the value of the highest growth of the best heavy metal uptake moderate, the resource utilization of agricultural technology the most suitable concentration of sludge administered.
