Abstract


Facing the limited resources and economic development needs, government, enterprises and scholars pay more attention to how to improve resource utilization and environmental protection, while achieving the rapid growth of economic efficiency of enterprises. The larger profit can attract manufacturers, retailers and consumers involved in the wholeClosed-loop process can realize the recycling of waste products more fully, which is an important issue for sustainable development. As the rapid development of technology, cybereconomy and electronic commerce, the acceleration of gloabal economic integration and the degree of economic activities’specialization become higher and higher, Closed-loop supply chain, as an effective circulation economic operation mode is parti-cipating in social economic activities.By adopting theories and methods of Game Theory, Operations Research, Marketing Science and Industrial Economics, this paper based on the channels harmony and the profit maximization and theories about closed-loop supply chain system, analysis closed-loop supply chain return collection channel selection problem. In the decentralized conditions, with the relevant economic theories, based on closed-loop supply chain system, this paper analysis closed-loop supply chain return collection channel selection. From the forward and reverse recovery address the closed-loop supply chain channel selection. Mathematical models are constructed with game theory such as Steinberg. MATLAB software is used for the simulation analysis.For forward sales, based on closed-loop supply chain which consists of a single manufacturer and a single retailer, this paper researches the decision-making problem of dual-channel for the manufacturer. In the decentralized conditions, two pricing decision-making models of closed-loop supply chain were established. After solving profit functions, this paper gets the wholesale price and the retail price as well as the maximum profits of the manufacturer. In the end, this paper draws a conclusion, the manufacturer which is in the leading position will make their own favor different choices.For channel selection in the reverse recovery, this paper researches return collection channel selection of the closed-loop supply chain which consists of a single manufacturer and a single retailer with discriminating pricing between new products and reproduced products, and establishes four price decision models. After solving profit functions, this paper gets the wholesale price and the retail price as well as the maximum profits of the manufacturer and the retailer. In the end,this paper draws a conclusion:under certain condition, it will help to get more profits with the return collection channel in which the manufacturer and the retailer recycle products at the same time. Anymore, under some other conditions, the third part will be the best choice.Finally, this paper comes to the conclusion of the article. Besides, this paper gives some disadvantages in consideration of some restrictions.
