Abstract


The modulation of the the binary carrier offset (Binary Offset Carrier, BOC) is a satellite navigation system in the future modulation signal of GPS modernization , Galileo satellite signals and the Beidou navigation and positioning system , decided to adopt the BOC modulation . Good or bad signal synchronization directly related to the performance of the satellite signal receiver , the BOC signal synchronization will inevitably become the focus of the study . This paper first introduces the principle of BOC modulation , the analysis of the time domain characteristics of the BOC signal , the frequency spectrum characteristics , as well as the characteristics of the autocorrelation function , using MATLAB simulation BOC (1,1) signal generation and verify its characteristics . Subsequently , the article describes a synchronous satellite signal processing technology , mainly include two aspects of the satellite signal acquisition and tracking , the aim is to achieve the accurate estimation of the delay of two parameters of the Doppler frequency of the satellite signal and the pseudo-random code . Wherein the capture of the signal is a rough estimate of the parameter , and the signal tracking is the process of achieving accurate estimation of the parameters . In the study of the signal captured , discussed common signal capture mode , and the BOC (1,1) signal captured using MATLAB simulation . The study of the satellite signal tracking , analysis and comparison of various tracking methods . The multi-peak autocorrelation function of the blur caused by the BOC signal is an important factor affecting the synchronization performance in the signal in the synchronization process for the multimodal nature of the BOC signal , this paper presents a solution to the problem of a BOC signal multimodality program . On the basis of the previous theoretical analysis and simulation , the end of this article use Xilinx ISE, designed and implemented on FPGA BOC signal synchronization process in several important modules , including the BOC signal generation and carrier tracking and code tracking module , and give the results achieved by the corresponding simulation and design .
