Abstract

Dyeing wastewater dye types , complex composition , changes in water quality , the poor biodegradability intractable industrial wastewater . Currently , commonly used in sewage treatment technology can be dyeing wastewater COD fell to 100 mg / L, to reach the urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standards \\Select the sewage treatment plant A, and its secondary treatment effluent depth processing pilot study investigated the influent flow ( hydraulic retention time ) , backwash conditions , hydrogen peroxide dosing volume and system uptime COD removal ordinary activated carbon hydrogen peroxide , and is set based on this control process, specific to explore the role of catalyst . The main content and conclusions are as follows: 1. Influent volume concentration of 0.075% hydrogen peroxide , the water volume of 120 L / h ; every six days backwash once per backwash 3h , 100 L of water / h . This condition , the most stable system is running , the COD removal efficiency can be maintained at 30% . Influent water quality of the effluent COD greater impact , only if the secondary treatment effluent COD less than 70 mg / L , the depth of the treated effluent in order to reach \standards. Batch upload catalyst activated carbon life of about 1 year. This set of pilot plant operating costs 9.45 yuan / ton . Contained the catalytic effect of the catalyst activated carbon in the entire operation process dominated by the the overall catalytic COD processing rate of up to more than twice that of the general activated carbon . Act as a catalyst in the catalyst for the copper and iron ions , but the specific mechanism needs further explore .
