Abstract


The coastal zone is located in the transition zone between land and sea , by the system of matter, energy , structure and function of the two types of ecosystem of the land and sea and coastal ecosystems . Therefore, the party to the coastal ecosystem rich primary productivity , high biodiversity ; On the other hand it is subject to high - frequency disturbances of the two ecosystems less stable , belongs to the fragile ecosystems . A lot of people living on the world 's 450,000 km of coastline , more than 70% of our mega-cities are concentrated in the coastal region . Of large numbers of people from the Mainland to coastal and human development and utilization of ocean , making coastal zones appear excessive energy consumption , environmental pollution , ecological damage . Chongming Dongtan coastal zone is located in the eastern end of Chongming Island, Shanghai , including National Nature Reserve - Chongming Dongtan Natural Wetland Reserve , the Chongming Dongtan Coast with construction and development in the socio-economic development play a crucial role. \On the basis of the existing 2003 and 2005 , the coast of Chongming Dongtan with information space clustering and EP network based component GIS Based on ArcGIS Engine development with Visual Studio.NET development platform using C # language the design and development of a Chongming Dongtan the coastal ecological management system . The system developed in this article can be run in the Windows environment , using the the geodatabase object-oriented -Geodatabase data model to manage the data , the more accurate expression of spatial data management is more convenient . In this paper, based on the subtraction fuzzy -C - means clustering (FCM) to evaluate the Dongtan coastal ecological status FCM method to determine the cluster centers do spatial clustering research , this approach avoids the FCM algorithm alone easy to fall into local optimum drawback ; using BP neural network to simulate predicted to learn training evaluation results of 2003 and 2005 , the status quo . dynamic simulation the Chongming Dongtan coastal future ecological conditions .
