Abstract


For more comprehensive and integrated policy - makers and researchers to carry out ecological community building and evaluation in order to build a scientific system of comprehensive evaluation of community ecology , to provide a scientific basis , through the research literature as well as domestic and international acceptance evaluation index system , to find 69 feasibility indicators to evaluate the ecological community building , public participation and expert advice do further screening of these indicators , considering the index system of scientific and systematic , determined 25 key indicators ; through the web-based survey and into household survey data to determine the relevant indicators weights and the standard value , the final evaluation index system of ecological communities , and conduct field research scoring choose four typical community in Beijing . Min'an community is located in the city center area , the East forty-four communities and the Xinhua News Agency District, in ecological environment infrastructure a higher score , but score low in the construction and management services ; the Cannon Park community is located in the outskirts of the city in natural environment , construction and management services three aspects of a higher score , but score low in ecological infrastructure and residents' environmental awareness . Subsequently , based on field research data network survey data and four typical community , consider the traffic situation in the community five key indicators to evaluate results show that Beijing 75% of the typical community residents to travel long in less than 60 min , 7% long in the residents travel more than 90 min , the city suburban community transport travel long longer, 46% of the residents ' satisfaction with public transport , suburban residents satisfaction with public transport is poor relative to the main city communities ; the the community parking problem is a community concern traffic problems , the Community Parking environmental satisfaction is only 19% ; 69.5% average proportion of green travel typical community residents in Beijing . Finally, from the technical , legislative and policy as well as the public to participate in the 3 discusses the various aspects of the ecological community building strategies . Building evaluation index system of the whole process , give full consideration to the wishes of residents , allowing residents to participate in the build process , and at the same time adopted the views of many experts in related fields to ensure that the scientific evaluation index system and adaptability .
