Abstract

Lignin (lignin) in the presence of the very large number of nature, is a cheap, environmentally friendly renewable natural resources. Industrial lignin from the pulp and paper industry, produced annually by some industrial lignin directly discharged untreated, this is not only a waste of resources but also pollute the environment. The adsorbent material has a very important use in many areas, including the purification and separation of substances, environmental control, water treatment, chromatographic separation, organic synthesis, separation and purification of biomedical and pharmaceutical. Lignin have a certain adsorption characteristics due to the lignin molecule containing a series of reactive groups, which can be polymerized through the appropriate modified in order to obtain a multifunctional, high-performance of the lignin-based adsorbing material. This not only solved the problem of environmental pollution, also reached by Waste purpose. Lignosulfonate magnesium (wood magnesium) for raw materials, curing activation system lignin-based adsorption materials. Static assay of methylene blue adsorption properties of lignin-based adsorption materials, and thermal gravimetric analysis, FTIR and BET method to characterize the structure. Wood magnesium with formaldehyde preferred crosslinking reaction conditions are experimentally determined by orthogonal and single factor, experiments show that: a temperature of 100 ° C, wood magnesium concentration was 60%, and the acidity of 4mol / L and the amount of 10% formaldehyde best wood magnesium and formaldehyde condensation generated conditions, the degree of swelling of the polymer up to 267.37%, Cu2 removal rate of 62.72%. Phosphoric acid activation cross-linked products, when the temperature of 400 ° C, phosphorus feed ratio of 2, the activation time of 2.5h, lignin-based carbon adsorbents prepared methylene blue adsorption value up to 142.5mg / g, iodine adsorption value can up to 946.43mg / g and a specific surface area of ??642.38m2 / g, the adsorption performance is better than Zhu Jianhua et al prepared lignin carbonized resin. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that: wood magnesium series of degradation products mixture at room temperature ~ 800 ℃ warming process has been in the event of a physical or chemical reaction to release of small molecules and weightlessness; Wood magnesium by crosslinking, the nature of the pyrolysis is altered; adding phosphoric acid solution, may slow the the wood magnesium polymer to 360 ° C near the thermal decomposition reaction rate. Wood magnesium by crosslinking curing the activation loss on ignition, in addition to the sulfonic acid groups, the basic structural characteristics of the infrared spectrum of basic lignin reserved. In order to further study the adsorption properties of the adsorbent material, the application of static adsorption experiments to investigate the effect of lignin-based carbonaceous adsorbent material adsorption of the cationic dye methylene blue. The results show that: with the adsorption time, the lignin - based carbon matter adsorption material for methylene blue adsorption rate gradually increased 490min when, lignin - based carbonaceous adsorbents for methylene blue adsorption basic achieve balance; With methylene blue solution concentration of increases, the equilibrium adsorption amount of methylene blue gradually increasing concentration of 2500mg / L, up to the amount of adsorption equilibrium 407.53mg / L, the adsorption Langmuir adsorption isotherm.
