Abstract


Abstract : Water is an important resource for mankind's survival and development , but also an important constraint of the natural environment . China 's arid and semi- arid regions contradiction between production and living water and ecological water is very prominent. In this paper, the Baiyangdian Basin , for example , to explore the coordination of the wetland ecosystem in the case of water shortages replenishment and watershed socio-economic water . Through the calculation of Wetlands of different levels of different representatives of years required amount of water drawn the following conclusions : 66.2 million m3 in the average year (P = 50%) the Wetlands minimum ecological required amount of water , a suitable ecological needs water volume of 101.08 million m3 ; in general dry water years (P = 75%) in Wetlands minimum ecological required amount of water to 84.52 million m3 , a suitable ecological needs water volume of 125.78 million m3 ; special dry ( P = 95% ) wetlands minimum ecological required amount of water to 96.87 million m3 , suitable ecological water demand of 140.58 million m3 . How to coordinate the water of socio-economic and ecological water , wetland ecological water demand scheduling research . Furthermore , the tension that exists between water supply and demand , and the ecosystem a degree of elasticity in the demand for water . Therefore, the Baiyangdian ecological fill water should be in accordance with its ecological water demand , the ecological water rights , both in quantity determined . In an average year ( P = 50% ) Baiyangdian wetland ecological water rights amount to 133.23 million cubic meters , more than Baiyangdian wet to suitable ecological water demand , therefore can be suitable ecological required amount of water in Wetlands conduct replenishment ; - like the dry years ( P = 75%) wetlands of ecological water rights amount to 87.11 million m3 , wetland higher than the minimum water requirement , less than wet suitable water , and therefore should be Baiyangdian wetland ecological water right amount of its replenishment ; special dry years ( P = 95% ) the Baiyangdian wetland ecological water rights amount to 39.53 million cubic meters , far below the wetland minimum ecological water demand , and therefore you should at minimum ecological water replenishment wetlands , of which 39.53 million m3 is the Baiyangdian upstream should provide the , and the rest through the purchase of upstream water rights or cross the basin water transfer .
