Abstract

The river basin is the long-term source of fine aggregate as the construction industry, river sand is a valuable resource, and is the main raw material in the construction industry. With rapid urbanization, many parts of the gravel increasing demand. Focus on mining of river sand in the dry season, it is compared to other high-quality construction materials. River sand resources in the national economy is essential, consumed in large quantities, while non-renewable characteristics. Sand mining can reduce the riverbed elevation, channel deepening, is conducive to the flood control security, but reduction of riversand makes riverbed storage capacity disappear, adjacent to the boundary of the hydraulic gradient makes the shore groundwater drawdown. When the decline of the riverbed, the rural areas for drinking water or irrigation wells might run dry, bridge foundations become unstable. This article the Dawen River as an example to study the impact of sand mining on flood control projects and the ecological environment. The Dawen River upstream distribution of all kinds of ancient igneous mountain, river sand grain round, pure quality in the basin, hard, quality building sand. The region has convenient transportation, lower cost of river sand mining, lead to the local river sand resources are people mining objects. Today Dawen the coast only Taian City opened more than 200 of the size of the quarry, due to sand mining over a broad area, river management department of sand mining amount to strengthen the management, but can not effectively control the scope of instream sand mining, route depth sand mining method. , Near the embankment under the bridge at floodplain at the excessive and indiscriminate digging phenomenon is very serious, and the Dawen flood control projects and ecological environment have caused great destruction, it is necessary to strengthen the management and regulate sand mining activities. Produce many sand mining pit in the river sand mining in the river bed, steady erosion of the river bed, and a threat on both sides of the dike; throughout the river sand heap changed river regime, causing major floods destroyed crops in the wet period; sand mining ship the noise disturb the rivers fish and two sides waterfowl habitat, transported sand cars rolling cross-strait vegetation, sand mining has destroyed the original ecological environment. Therefore, by studying the impact of Dawen River sand mining activities, a reasonable planning sand mining activities, to improve the regions caused by excessive dredging river sand, water shortages and deterioration of the ecological environment has a large economic, social effective guarantee North Water Transfer Project in Shandong Dongping Lake water, water quality and ecological environmental governance knowledge reserves and theoretical basis. This paper reads as follows: 1, describes the purpose and significance of research; foreign sand mining on river ecological destruction; river sand mining impact analysis method; innovation of this paper, research content and ideas. 2 describes the overview of the Dawen River; the Dawen meteorological characteristics; the Dawen sediment Regularity and Dawenhe station profile, etc.. 3 to study the Dawen sediment data related data, the main river's annual sediment transport amount, the annual amount of sand and sediment transport modulus, sediment transport rate, summed up the impact of sand mining on the river. 4, according to find relevant information mainly from the construction of housing and road construction to analyze annual demand Shandong Province, the amount of sand, forecast, Shandong Province in 2020, the amount of sand required, compared to with Dawenhe years of sand mining, Shandong Province gravel supply-demand balance for analysis. 5, analysis Dawen sand mining in the status quo, estimates the Dawen Pro Timor Station - Dai Village Dam station between 1980 and 1999 the amount of average annual sand mining riverbed elevation changes and the annual amount of sediment transport by The fieldwork to 16 sampling points Dawenhe, combined with field data to analyze the impact of the Dawen sand mining on flood control projects and the ecological environment. 6, through the study of river sand particle size distribution and fineness modulus combination suitable for building sand, river sand fineness modulus river divided erosion zone, transition zone and deposition zone, and eventually established a whole river of the ban on logging of river sand area reserved area, the mining area.
